==評判==
*間取りの制限は、無いですよ。かなり自由度の高い設計は、可能です。ただし、費用は少し高くなりますが・・・・・それでも、へーベル・セキスイ等に比べると3割は、安いです。 
*タマホームに間取りの提案は期待しない方がいいですよ。自分達である程度考え、手直ししていかないと満足いくものにはならないです。タマホームに間取りの提案頼むと既存の間取りを提示してくるだけ。 
==価格==
*今年大まかな見積もり(計算書)出してらったら３５坪約１８００万付帯工事、必要経費入れたら２０００万超え。
*自分は、一昨年に契約して建てたけど、施工で約40坪で1600万位だったと思う。出窓とか収納追加のオプションをかなり付けてね。
*オプションどころではなく、できるだけやすく！標準で！、の見積もりで50万以上だから、相当の値上がり。内容も良くなっているとは思うけどね。営業さんもローコストから立ち位置変わったから、お客様に対しても複雑な心境であることを吐露してた。 
*我が家はタマで建てましたが、最終的に坪82万位でした
*タマホームの値引きは、2011年の秋に値上がりしたことに伴い始まったようです。坪10万程度値上がりしたそうなので、２万値引きがあったとしても結局坪８万の値上がりですね。
*今日タマの営業とその辺りの話しをしました。昨年の震災で断熱材の値上がりが効いてるみたいな事を言ってましたが。坪４０位が平均のようです。 
*延床40坪ぐらいの家で、タンクレストイレ、洗面台W900グレードアップ、食洗機、カップボード、和室6畳分琉球畳に変更、２階トイレ、２階洗面台、シューズクローク棚２個(W750×2)のオプションをサービスしてもらいました。施工面積133ｍ2で浄化槽と消費税込み、尺モジュールで本体価格16700000円でした。 
==入居者==
*長期優良住宅仕様の大安心の家を神奈川県で建てて住んでいます。
#標準の断熱材ではかなり寒いです。断熱材をグレードアップする事を強くお薦めします。築40年近くのマンションとは言えないような建物からの転居ですが、明らかに以前の家の方が暖かかったです。
#地域や担当者にもよると思いますが、施工は雑でアフターもかなり悪いです。
#瓦屋根はかなり見栄えが良いのでお薦めします
*今日、朝起きて外は０度でも、リビングは１５度までしか下がっていない。ほんとタマホームは断熱性が高く、快適な住宅ですね。我が家はボウウインドーが付いていてガラス直の面積も多いが、シャッター雨戸も効果大。シャッター雨戸はリモコン式にしたが、寒い時期は正解でしたね。樹脂製ペアガラスは結露もしないね。業界トップクラスの第一種熱交換型換気システムも稼働させているから、部屋の空気は新鮮でかつ寒くならない。 。
*今年初めての冬を過ごしてみて、予想通りタマホームの気密性、断熱性は非常に高いことがよくわかった。壁は高性能グラスウール９センチ厚、天井は１５．５センチ厚、全窓LOW-Eペアガラス。
*ウチもトラブルがあるところ以外は特に不満ないけど、雨漏り関係のトラブルはなかなかなおらない。実際どこにクレームいうのが効果あるの？本社にメールした方が効果ある？ドアなどの建材や電気製品などのメーカーが悪い所のアフターはメーカーに連絡してメーカーがすぐ対応してくれるからいいけど、構造系のトラブルの対応は悪いね。 
==その他==
*以前は坪数に応じて内装、設備品がサービスになったり、またポイントが付いてきてそのポイント振り分けからカップボードなどの装備やグレートアップ出来たみたいですが現在はやってないみたいです。また、価格も付帯工事コミコミとなりましたね。評判悪かった坪単価での宣伝やめたり、ポイントは無くなって値引きしたり色々タマホームも変わってきてますね。
